Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension of your Account and withholding of pending withdrawals until KYC is completed. Meybet will not process withdrawals from unverified accounts.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your username and password — confidential and secure. Any activity that occurs under your Account is your sole responsibility. You agree to notify Meybet support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
Meybet supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate deposits, including DuitNow instant bank transfers, FPX (Financial Process Exchange) via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect, as well as e-wallet services including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. Cryptocurrency deposits via BTC, ETH, and USDT are also accepted.
All deposits must be made from a payment account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Meybet does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit made from a payment method not belonging to the registered Account holder may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
Meybet is not responsible for any delays in deposit processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or network outages. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within the stated processing time, please contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number.
Anti-Money Laundering: In accordance with our international licensing obligations, Meybet is required to monitor transactions for indicators of financial crime. Unusual deposit patterns may trigger a request for additional documentation. Meybet reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by law.
Meybet aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of approval, subject to KYC verification status and any applicable bonus wagering requirements being satisfied. Withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts via DuitNow and FPX are typically reflected within the same business day.

Bonus Wagering: Before accepting any bonus, players should carefully review the applicable wagering requirement. Accepting a bonus with a 35x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus means RM3,500 in eligible wagers must be placed and settled before the bonus or derived winnings may be withdrawn.
All sports bets, live in-play bets, and casino wagers placed on the Meybet Platform are subject to these Terms and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

Meybet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the Meybet support team. Any remaining verified Account Balance will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds not yet converted through wagering.
Where an Account is closed for reasons of fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct, Meybet reserves the right to forfeit the Account Balance in its entirety.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Meybet's international gaming licence is issued.
In the event of a dispute between you and Meybet, you are encouraged to contact the Meybet customer support team in the first instance. Our team will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly and promptly, usually within 5 to 10 business days of a formal complaint being lodged.

Note for Malaysian Players: Meybet does not submit to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts and does not accept Malaysian law as the governing law for these Terms. Malaysian players accept this condition upon registration.
Meybet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication of the updated Terms on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
